Here at Wrapellie, our return policy is short and simple. We only accept exchanges or returns within 14 days of the date of purchase. Full refunds and store credit are available only within the above timeframe, however, shipping is non-refundable.

If you want to issue an exchange or are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at email@example.com within 14 business days of receiving your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate you in a timely fashion. If the return or exchange is agreed upon, you'll be responsible for shipping your item(s) with the carrier of your choice.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. After 14 business days, all sales are final. We reserve the right to refuse returned merchandise that does not meet our return policy requirements. Please be advised, all items must be unworn and unwashed with the tags still attached. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your refund, exchange, or store credit.
