Do you offer international shipping?

We ship to a limited number of countries, but are looking to expand our international footprint! If your country is not on our list, shoot us an email and we'll look into how we can bring Wrapellie to your doorstep. Please be advised Custom dues are paid by the customer. 

Can I exchange or return my order if it doesn’t fit?

Absolutely, we gladly accept exchanges and offer store credit on full-price items. Full returns are provided on items that are returned within our 14 day return window. Any return after 14 days, unfortunately cannot be returned. Purchases made on final sale items may not be exchanged or returned. 

I’m in between sizes, which size should I buy?

We've done a really good job of following our sizing chart and making sure our pieces have some stretch, so please make sure to take a look at our Size Guide prior to making a purchase.  

I made a mistake/there’s something wrong with my order, who should I contact?
